*Job Seekers:* Payments for services such as resume writing, interview coaching, or career counseling are non-refundable once the service has commenced. If you cancel before services begin, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
*Employers:* Recruitment fees are typically non-refundable once the candidate search process has started. If you cancel a recruitment service before it begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative costs incurred.
2. Cancellations
*Job Seekers:* To cancel services, please notify us in writing at least 24 Hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.
*Employers:* To cancel a recruitment service, please provide written notice at least 24 Hours before the agreed start date. Late cancellations may result in charges for work completed up to the cancellation date.
3. Procedure
